The Summer Triangle features the á(alpha) stars from three Constellations~LYRA, CYGNUS &
CYGNUS, “a swan flying down the Milky Way”, consists of the swan’s tail marked by DENEB (á alpha Cygni),
its beak by ALBIREO (â beta cygni) and its wings by (ä delta) and(å epsilon) Cygni.
“These stars form a distinctive cross-shape, so the constellation is also referred to as The Northern Cross;
it happens to be far larger than the more famous Southern Cross.”
